Francis "Frank" Powell was born and raised in Biloxi, Mississippi. At 18 years old, he began a lifelong commitment to service by joining the military, proudly serving in both the United States Navy and Army for approximately six years. His military experience helped shape the discipline, integrity, and strong work ethic that continue to guide him today.

In 1996, Francis moved to Tucson, Arizona, where he met his beautiful wife and built a loving family together. He is the proud father of eight children and grandfather of three grandchildren. Family has always been at the center of his life and continues to inspire his drive and dedication.

Frank also has a strong entrepreneurial background, having owned and operated a delivery service for nearly 20 years. Through this experience, he developed a deep understanding of customer service, reliability, and the value of hard work. After relocating to Sierra Vista, he expanded his professional experience by working in both the hospital and insurance industries.

Throughout the years, Frank has always had a passion for real estate. Today, he proudly holds both a real estate license and a notary license. As a property owner who has owned several homes in Southeast Arizona over the years, he brings personal experience and practical knowledge to the real estate field. He is excited about this new chapter in life and looks forward to helping others achieve their real estate goals with honesty, professionalism, and care.
